A special Super 8 film projector from Bolex-Paillard, Switzerland, a very successful design with remarkable technology: the further development of the normal 8 projector 18-5 introduced in 1960. It came onto the market in 1967 and has a zoom lens “ISCO Germany Vario-Kiptagon 1:1.3/16.5-30 mm Hi-Fi” and a halogen lamp with 12 Volt/75 Watt.
The projector has an ingenious circuit for slow motion (5 frames per second), which prevents the usual flickering thanks to a special sector diaphragm.
The film feed is automatic. NOTE: Super-8 films in black and white or color are available in specialist shops.
The developed films can be digitized and further processed on the computer.
The aesthetics of original Super 8 film material are incomparable.
