Note: The String shelving system has been in production again for several years, but in a different quality. These are the differences:
– Shelves: Original: robust solid wood / New: pressboard
– Wood covering: Original: dense teak or rosewood / New: teak no longer available, rosewood protected since 1993
– Hangers: Original: recessed brass hinges / New: attached chrome parts
– Ladders: Original: rubberized / New: lacquered
– Selection: Original: countless different Table, carcass and base elements / New: small assortment also in bright & pastel colors
