Description: Elaborately but gently restored: Sideboard Triennale OS 29A by ARNE VODDER, 1960s, teak, the collector’s item among the sideboards. Then as now, one of the most valuable chests of drawers. Design: Arne Vodder (1959), production: Sibast Denmark (1960s), 2 reversible sliding doors (one side black, other side teak), 7 drawers with the typical concave curved Vodder handle recesses in solid wood with dovetail joints, 1 hinged door (black inside) with magnetic catch, all interior shelves height adjustable, veneered back for free standing in the room (room divider), rare beautiful drawing of the grain, condition & quality of this original are excellent Note: Arne Vodder designed the Triennale sideboard model 29A in 1959 for the Triennale in Milan. Sibast went into production in the 1960s.
